• Optimal can temperature is +20 °C. Application (ambient) temperature is between -2 °C to +30 °C.

820P B1 Fire Rated PU Gun Foam is a single component, moisture curing, self expanding, ready to use polyurethane foam with propellants which are completely harmless to ozone layer. It has a fire rating of up to 235 minutes in certain configurations. High quality PU straw foam recommended for sealing applications where fire resistance is required. PU foam used with an applicator gun and features higher yield, easier application and reusability.

Instructions:

• Shake the container to mix the contents before use and periodically during use.
• First, ensure all traces of foam residue are dissolved completely from around the gun adapter valve area using the spray method above.
• Screw the can tightly onto the gun adapter and press the trigger to flush the solvent through
• the gun adapter for at least 5 seconds, ensuring the gun adapter outlet tip is thoroughly cleaned.
• Clean the gun adapter; when the period between two applications is more than a week, after removing the can from the gun adapter without replacing it with a new can.
• Can also be used through the attached spray nozzle.
• Attention: Cured PU foam is removable only mechanically.

Shelf Life:

• 24 months if stored properly.

Restrictions:

• Can not be used to clean cured foam. May damage sensitive surfaces. Strong solvent.

Safety:

• Pressurized container. Do not expose to temperatures higher than +50 °C.
