610 PU Express Montage Adhesive is a single component, fast curing polyurethane based adhesive. It combines high bond strength with fast curing. The water resistance property makes it exceptionally good at bonding wooden surfaces where water splash and moisture is an issue.

• It is suitable for use in construction and repair applications where a permanent strong bond is required between porous-porous and porous nonporous surfaces.
• Bonding wooden surfaces at bathroom, kitchens, decks etc. where there is a constant moisture and water contact risk.
• It can be used for bonding various kinds of construction materials such as wood, MDF, concrete, metal, polystyrene and polyurethane foam, marble, granite and ceramic etc.

• The substrates must be dry clean, free of dust and grease.
• The application temperature should be between 5 Degree Celsius and 35 Degree Celsius
• Moistening the substrates slightly will provide stronger adhesion.
• Adhesive should be applied to only one side in straight or wave-like form within 2 minutes.
• Mechanical fasteners must be used to keep the materials together (15-20 min.) until the adhesive cures totally.
• Fresh adhesive can be cleaned with acetone.

• Contains Diphenylmethane-4,4 di-isocyanate. Corrosive and irritating to eyes, skin and lungs. Harmful if swallowed. Wear chemical resistant gloves and eye protection when in contact. Keep container tightly closed when not in use. Prevent spillages.

Tensorgrip 701 Super Strength Contact Spray Adhesive is a super strength general purpose contact adhesive that performs many standard adhesive applications. This includes post-forming, bonding laminate, foam, fabric, sheet metal, leather, fiberglass plastics and laminates. Tensorgrip 701 bonds melamine without the need for preparing the surface and also bonds carpet to staircases.

An adhesive set which consists of high viscosity cyanoacrylate adhesive and activator. 

Properties:

• High Bonding Strength.
• Suitable for use on vertical surfaces as it will not drip or slump.
• It is particularly suited to bonding difficult substrates which have a porous or uneven nature since it increases bonding strength by preventing the adhesive to be absorbed by the surface.

• It is suitable for the bonding of a very wide range of materials, including acidic surfaces and some porous ones, where rapid bonding times are required.
• Suitable for MDF, Wood, Chip Wood, Rubber, most Plastics, Leather and other Common Substrates
• Especially suitable for the applications where cure speed needs to be accelerated.
• Although Akfix 705 has a degree of gap filling ability, it is generally recommended for use on close-fitting parts and fairly smooth, even surfaces.

• Substrates need to be smooth and have a perfect connection area. Apply a drop on one of the substrates. Join substrates and press firmly for one minute. Application temperature is between +5°C and +35°C.
