P645 Polyurethane Sealant is a one-component, high-modulus polyurethane sealant that cures on exposure to atmospheric humidity. It possesses excellent adhesion to sheet iron, aluminum, stainless steel, lead, copper, ceramic, glass, wood and various plastic materials.

Instructions:

• Joint surfaces must be dry, clean and free of all contamination. Glass, metal and other non-porous surfaces must be free of any coatings and wiped clean with solvent.
• Cut opens the cartridge, screw on nozzle and cut off tip at desired angle. Take off the aluminum cover at the bottom of the cartridge. Insert cartridge in gun and apply the sealant bubble-free continuously into the joint.
• Fill the joint completely. Smoothen it by pressing with a spatula or similar apparatus.

AC605 is one-component universal acrylic sealant suitable for filling cracks and joints both indoors and outdoors. It's a cost-effective plastic-elastic sealant ideal for particularly static joints.

Processing:

• The substrate areas that will be in contact with the sealant must be clean, dry and free of all loose material such as dust, dirt, rust, oil and other contaminants. Non-porous substrates should be cleaned with a solvent and clean, lint-free, cotton cloth. Remove residual solvent before it evaporates with a fresh clean, dry cloth. For application from cartridges cut thread open, fix nozzle on top and cut to required bead size. The sealant can be applied in beads or layers. It requires moisture in order to cure. 
• The curing time can take longer at lower temperatures, lower humidity or by low volume of air exchange.
