805 Multi Purpose PU Foam is a single-component, moisture-curing and self-expanding aerosol polyurethane foam. It is designed for easy dispensing through the straw adapter included with each can. It does not contain any propellant gases that are harmful to the ozone layer.

Instructions:

• Optimal can temperature is +20 °C. Application (ambient) temperature is between -2 °C to +30 °C.
• Shake the can well before use. Screw the adapter on the valve.
• Hold the can upside down and activate the foam by pressing the valve.
• Moisturizing the surfaces and the foam improves adhesion and shortens curing time.
• Fresh foam can be cleaned by Akfix Foam Cleaner. Cured foam can be cleaned barely mechanically.

Restrictions:

800C Foam Cleaner removes fresh PU foam and cleans the PU foam gun adapter after the application. Cleans surfaces, clothes, window&door frames and prevents the foam cure in the gun adapter.

Properties:

Instructions:

• Shake the container to mix the contents before use and periodically during use.
• First, ensure all traces of foam residue are dissolved completely from around the gun adapter valve area using the spray method above.
• Screw the can tightly onto the gun adapter and press the trigger to flush the solvent through
• the gun adapter for at least 5 seconds, ensuring the gun adapter outlet tip is thoroughly cleaned.
• Clean the gun adapter; when the period between two applications is more than a week, after removing the can from the gun adapter without replacing it with a new can.
• Can also be used through the attached spray nozzle.
• Attention: Cured PU foam is removable only mechanically.

Shelf Life:

• 24 months if stored properly.
